The Formula One Urban circuit is coming on! it will all be ready in time for the big weekend beginning 23 August. SUPERSTAR ROD STEWART HITS ALMERIA
NOW A CHANGE OF VENUE
The Almeria Town hall have for safety reasons, moved the ROD STEWART concert to a brand new venue, a fabulous sports pavillion called PALACIO DE LOS JUEGOS MEDITERANEO in Almeria. This venue is located next to the new football stadium in Almeria where there is parking for 20,000 cars. The tickets alreadty purchased remain the same in terms of seats and rows etc and the layout of the previous venue is the same.

ROD STEWART, will be performing his greatest rock classics of all time in Almeria on May 30th, 2008. Tickets are from 48 euros and are available from ticktackticket.com and El Corte Ingles.

Disappointed Van Morrison fans will have to wait till 22 June to see him perform with his big band at the Auditorio de Castellon , originally scheduled for end of January, the Man was taken ill on the day of the performance and is now touring the states, the 22nd and 23rd of June were announced, but curiously, there is no mention of this on his website now.

Bob Dylan tours Spain from June and arrives in Valencia for a date on 01 July 2008, It can be a nightmare getting accurate information for this site! We are now not sure whether his Bobness is coming to Valencia or not - the ticket agencies seem to be saying yes but the Bobdylan.com site doesn't feature VLC at all - we'll keep you posted., more here!

The Police have announced a Valencia date at the Levante Football ground on July 02, 2008

The Mayor of Benidorm announced that Lou Reed will appear at the Plaza de Toros on the 26th July as on of his 3 concerts in Spain.
The others are, Tuesday July 22 - Madrid Conde Duque
Friday July 25 - Girona Portaferrada Festival
The Mayor also announced, by the way, that the Lou Reed concert is to be one of 18 planned star concerts this summer in the city by the sea!
